Privacy Information and Competition/Draw rules
We (Click4Gap and group companies) will use your information for
administration, marketing and running this Competition/Draw. By entering
this Competition/Draw you consent to our processing your personal data for
these purposes. We may contact you by email about goods, services or
promotions which may be of interest to you. We will not share your details
with any other 3rd party.
You must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK to enter our
competitions/Draws. Employees of Click4Gap and other group companies and any
company associated to the specific competition/draw and their families are
not eligible to enter the Competitions/Draws.
Proof of making phone call, sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt
of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost,
delayed or damaged.
In the case of a prize draw, the first correct entry drawn will be the
winner. Winners will be formally notified (by email) within 21 days of the
closing date.The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. The prize may not be transferred to any other person. No cash
alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but in the
event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the
right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Click4Gap will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered
by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a
Competition/Draw. Competition winners may be required to take part in or
co-operate with publicity. Use of false name or address, eg name by which
the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any
prize.
Entry in the competition/Draw implies acceptance of these rules.
These rules are governed by English law.
