Am I protected from day one?
Yes! We try to keep our policy terms as simple as we can, so we are delighted to confirm you are protected from day one, without any hidden catches imposing any waiting periods, because at Click4GAP Clarity is our watchword.
So as soon as your payment has been confirmed you car will be on risk, if you entered today’s date as the vehicle delivery date.
Once your payment has been made, you will be emailed straight away with links to your policy schedule and policy terms and conditions. You will also be email with a payment confirmation email from our payment gateway, Sagepay.
For your policy to start the day you take delivery of your car and not the day you purchased GAP insurance, simply enter the date you will take delivery of the car. That way, you’ll be covered as soon as you drive away from the forecourt.
We understand there are lots of things to remember when purchasing GAP Insurance. So, if you are unsure of which date to enter or want to double check, you can call our customer service team who will be happy to help. Alternatively, the delivery date can also be amended free of charge.
