How fast will my claim be paid?

If your car is subject to a total loss, simply contact the Claims Department as soon as possible and within 30 days of the date of loss. We will discuss your claim to understand the facts surrounding the incident, help where we can and you will be asked to email or post copies of basic documents to establish the amount of the claim.

- and we will ask you not to accept an offer of settlement from your motor insurer without discussing it with us
Your claim will be handled in the UK, by our highly trained Click4GAP Claims team. The Click4GAP Claims Department is run and managed by the administrator Autoprotect Limited. All claims representatives go through an intensive training scheme and with teams of experienced claims handlers and loss adjusters, you can be assured all aspects of the claims process including first notification of loss, desk and field-based validation, through to claims resolution and associated reporting are handled with expert care to reach settlement within days.
