Credit is subject to status, and Premium Credit may use a credit reference agency that leaves a record of the search or other information about you to conduct credit and anti-money laundering check. This record will be visible to third parties
Premium Credit will use your date of birth to complete your credit application.
We are a Credit Broker not a Lender and we are limited to the introduction of Premium Credit Limited to provide funding for the agreements you wish to purchase.
Your personal information and the bank details you provide to us will be passed to Premium Credit Limited to conduct anti-money laundering checks and credit assessments which may include a search of your records at a credit reference agency. The type of search Premium Credit Limited makes should not have a detrimental effect on your credit rating, but does leave a footprint that other lenders will be able to see. However, they will not see the outcome of the search.
Premium Credit Limited will contact you directly via email or text and send PDF or word document to confirm your Credit Agreement, or let you know if the application is declined for any reason.
Credit Agreement
Through direct contact with you, Premium Credit Limited will issue you with a Credit Agreement, which you must sign and return to them. They will apply a chargeable fee of £25 if you do not sign and return this documentation.
Pre-Contractual Disclosures
You acknowledge that you will be entering into an arrangement for credit with Premium Credit Limited. In doing so, you should take the time to read and understand the key provisions of the Credit Agreement and associated service, as well as the cost of the credit.
Premium Credit Limited has certain charges they apply: a £5 credit facility fee is charged and collected along with your first payment. This is indicated on the payment summary. In addition, if any monthly payment fails to be collected when due, they will levy a default payment charge of £25 for each payment that fails to be collected.
Right to Withdraw
Your option to withdraw If you do change your mind you can withdraw from the credit agreement free of charge within 14 days by contacting us, any repayments you have already paid will be refunded to you and you will have to find an alternative way to pay for your insurance. If you cancel after 14 days, you may have to repay any money owed to Premium Credit.
