These Terms of Use apply to this Click4Gap website (“this Website”) operated by Future 45 Limited (a limited company registered in England, registration number 05407413, and whose registered address is The Business & Technology Centre, Stevenage SG1 2DX (“CLick4Gap”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Other Future 45 websites will have their own terms of use. These Terms of Use are effective from 1st June 2022 and, together with our Privacy Policy, govern Future 45’s relationship with you (“you”, “your”) in relation to this Website.

By using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, which shall take effect immediately upon your first use of this Website.

We take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, this Website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

We are committed to providing you with an exceptional level of service and customer care. If there is an occasion where you feel that we have not delivered this level of service we would like to hear about it.

We expect that the majority of complaints will have been quickly and satisfactorily resolved at this stage but if you remain dissatisfied you can take the issue further.

In the unlikely event that the matter is still not resolved, your complaint can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service:

The Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.

Please note you have six months from the date of our final response in which to refer your complaint to the Ombudsman. Referral to the Ombudsman will not affect your right to take legal action against us. The complaints procedure above does not affect any legal right you may have to take action against us.

Nothing in these Terms of Use will exclude any liability which one party would otherwise have to the other party in respect of any statements made fraudulently.

You and Future 45 do not intend that these Terms of Use will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person not a party to it. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
